Good Neighbor Home
Good Neighbor Home is committed to providing high-quality, personalized long-term care in a warm and supportive environment. We work closely with residents and their families to create individualized care plans that reflect personal needs, preferences, and goals. All care is coordinated with your Primary Care Physician to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Our story began in May 1962, with construction completed the following year. In July 1963, we welcomed our first residents to a home designed to serve up to 55 people. Thanks to the continued support of our community, we’ve expanded four times over the years. Today, Good Neighbor Home has doubled in size and offers a variety of modern amenities, including a spacious dining room, a bright recreation area, and a beautiful courtyard featuring our Healing Garden. We are proud to now provide comfortable, compassionate care for over 100 residents.
The Meadows

Located on the beautiful Good Neighbor Society campus, The Meadows is a cozy and caring community with 37 private apartments designed for comfort and independence. Here, you’ll find a warm, home-like atmosphere, engaging activities, and just the right amount of support to make life easier and more enjoyable. Marietta’s Place
Marietta’s Place is a secure 20-bed memory care community attached to the Good Neighbor Home, dedicated to supporting individuals living with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia. Safety is our top priority, with thoughtfully designed spaces and 24/7 monitoring to provide peace of mind for residents and families. Our highly trained, compassionate team specializes in dementia care, ensuring personalized support and meaningful engagement every day. At Marietta’s Place, we combine security, dignity, and expert care in a truly home-like setting.
Neighborhood Villas
The Neighborhood Villas is a vibrant 55+ independent living community where comfort meets convenience. Our beautiful condo-style homes offer a maintenance-free lifestyle—no more mowing, shoveling, or home repairs—so you can spend your time doing what you love.
